AIMS Nuclear Power Equipment Health Management Solution Debuts at the 2021 China International Nuclear Power Industry Exhibition

From April 14 to 16, 2021, the 14th China International Nuclear Power Industry Exhibition kicked off at the Beijing National Convention Center. As a pioneer in intelligent equipment operation and maintenance and a trusted partner in digital innovation for the nuclear power industry, Hangzhou AIMS Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. made its official debut at the exhibition’s promotion and launch area, showcasing its latest independently developed nuclear power equipment health management solution. Meanwhile, AIMS comprehensive series of software and hardware products for nuclear power equipment health management were also on display simultaneously in Hall 2, Booths B31–B32, drawing significant attention from nuclear power operators, equipment manufacturers, research institutions, and other key industry players.
At the launch event, Dr. Sun Fengcheng, Vice President of AIMS, provided attendees with a detailed introduction to AIMS innovative products and technologies in the field of nuclear power equipment health management.
The AIMS Nuclear Power Equipment Health Management System leverages cutting-edge technologies such as advanced sensing and edge computing, big data mining, and artificial intelligence to enhance the management of nuclear power equipment health and intelligent operation & maintenance capabilities, thereby driving the development of predictive maintenance technologies for nuclear power equipment.
By extracting and mining long-term operational data from nuclear power equipment, we can achieve precise predictions of equipment degradation and proactively warn of potential defects, ultimately enabling targeted maintenance based on the actual condition of the equipment. This approach effectively addresses the drawbacks of traditional post-event repairs as well as unnecessary or excessive preventive maintenance, laying a solid foundation for worry-free and intelligent operation of nuclear power plants. Moreover, it provides a safe and reliable operational solution that positions China at the forefront of global innovation in nuclear power plant operations and maintenance technology.
Currently, AIMS products have been implemented and applied in multiple nuclear power plants, and the company has established collaborative partnerships with several nuclear power operators to jointly advance the development of intelligent operations and maintenance in the nuclear industry.
