2025-06-11

On June 10, the "3rd CNNC Innovation Star Science and Technology Competition – Regional Finals (Yangtze River Delta Region)" officially kicked off in Jiading, Shanghai. Hosted by CNNC Group and organized jointly by the Strategic Planning Institute and China National Nuclear Corporation, the event was co-organized by the Jiading District Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai, drawing together a vibrant array of innovation-driven talents and cutting-edge technologies. During the signing ceremony for the incubation project cooperation agreement at the conference, AIMS and China National Nuclear Corporation's Eighth Institute, Shanghai Jiao Tong University's Institute of Artificial Intelligence Achieves Incubation Project Collaboration , jointly ushering in a new chapter of innovative development in the nuclear industry.

Through this strategic collaboration, Anmaisheng, China National Nuclear Corporation’s Eighth Research Institute, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University’s Artificial Intelligence Research Institute will leverage their respective strengths to jointly establish the "Nuclear Fuel Industry AI Technology Innovation Center." The three parties will collaboratively coordinate and mobilize relevant personnel to participate in industry-academia-research joint innovation projects centered around the nuclear fuel sector. Focusing on intelligent application innovations tailored to the nuclear fuel industry, they will enhance automation levels in manufacturing, jointly develop multimodal models to strengthen the core value chain, conduct research aimed at upgrading intelligent manufacturing systems, contribute to the formulation of industry standards, explore innovative approaches to cultivating versatile talent, and provide tailored support—including scenario-specific solutions, cutting-edge technologies, and engineering implementation—to drive project success. Additionally, they will actively pursue the nomination, commercialization, and market expansion of breakthrough achievements.

Anmaisheng has been deeply engaged for many years in the fields of nuclear industry intelligence and digitalization, developing an intelligent operation & maintenance and health management solution for nuclear power equipment that has become a benchmark in the industry. Backed by outstanding technological expertise and a strong market reputation, Anmaisheng has successfully earned supplier certifications from both the China Nuclear Energy Industry Association and leading nuclear energy companies CNPE and CGN. Its services now extend across numerous domestic nuclear power plants and research institutions, with cumulative support provided to hundreds of critical nuclear equipment units—delivering significant economic benefits worth hundreds of millions of yuan to its clients. Additionally, Anmaisheng’s collaboratively developed "Big Data-Based Health Management System for Typical Key Equipment (SPV) in Nuclear Power Plants" won the Second Prize for Technological Progress from the China Nuclear Energy Industry Association in 2022, while its "Digital Reliability Management System for Nuclear Power Equipment (ERMs)" also claimed the same award in 2023.

Not only that, Anmaisheng also offers one-stop intelligent manufacturing consulting services—ranging from demand diagnosis and planning to application guidance—providing comprehensive support for enterprises aiming to achieve smart manufacturing upgrades. In October 2024, Anmaisheng, as a core service provider, helped Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant become the first "Lighthouse Factory" in the nuclear energy sector.

This collaboration between Anmaisheng, China National Nuclear Corporation's Eighth Research Institute, and the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Artificial Intelligence Research Institute marks another significant step in the deep integration of industry, academia, and research within the nuclear sector. By leveraging the complementary strengths of each party—ranging from cutting-edge technology and expert talent to innovative application scenarios—the partnership aims to foster comprehensive cooperation centered on advancing AI-driven technological innovation in the nuclear fuel industry. This initiative is poised to provide critical support for the nuclear industry's smart and digital transformation, while also contributing to the development of industry-specific technical standards and the establishment of a robust talent-training system. Ultimately, it will help propel China's nuclear industry forward on the path of high-quality growth, strengthening national energy security and driving forward global scientific and technological progress.
