AIMS Intelligent Manufacturing Project Selected as One of the First Batch of Key AI Application Scenarios for Construction in Hangzhou City, 2022

To fully leverage Hangzhou's abundant AI scenario resources, foster the early adoption of new technologies, products, and business models, and drive innovation and industrial growth in artificial intelligence within the city, the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology selected 36 AI application scenarios on May 6 as the first batch of key projects to be prioritized for construction in 2022. Among them, Anmaisheng’s “Intelligent Cockpit System for Power Battery Production and Manufacturing,” which empowers intelligent manufacturing with AI, was included on the list.
As the new energy vehicle market continues to grow, the demand for power batteries is steadily expanding, while the requirements for their production and performance are also becoming increasingly stringent.
Publicly available information shows that Anmaisheng's "Intelligent Cockpit System for Power Battery Production and Manufacturing" provides a smart, integrated solution tailored to the power battery production process. This system enables comprehensive monitoring of production dynamics, seamlessly collecting real-time data from critical equipment and systems to fully capture and characterize key manufacturing processes. Leveraging advanced industrial big data modeling and analytics techniques, it dynamically calculates the optimal, controllable parameters for each piece of equipment, empowering autonomous decision-making in equipment control and enabling high-precision, high-speed, and fully automated adjustments across equipment workflows. Additionally, by integrating cutting-edge industrial AI technologies, the system delivers early warnings and proactive predictions of potential equipment anomalies, allowing for timely maintenance and preventive care. As a result, it significantly reduces the frequency of unexpected breakdowns and associated downtime losses, ultimately boosting overall equipment availability and operational efficiency.
According to reports, Anmaisheng has been established for nearly six years and has experienced rapid growth in the industrial intelligent manufacturing sector. In January of this year, Anmaisheng successfully closed a Series B funding round worth hundreds of millions of yuan.
This selection as a key AI application scenario for Hangzhou City is a clear recognition of Anmaisheng's comprehensive strength in the smart manufacturing sector.
