On the morning of November 28, the 2025 Data Elements Development Conference, themed “Empowering with Data, Creating an Intelligent Future,” grandly opened at China Data Valley Building in Binjiang District, Hangzhou. The conference brought together representatives from government agencies, research institutes, prestigious universities, and leading enterprises across industries to engage in in-depth, professional dialogues, unveil multiple high-impact research findings, and foster deeper integration among government, academia, research institutions, and industry—thereby accelerating efficient circulation of data elements and supporting high-quality development of the digital economy and society.

A key highlight of the event was the official announcement of the first batch of “Cornerstone,” “Spark,” and “Galaxy” Data Element Enterprises. AIMS was selected as one of the inaugural “Galaxy Data Element Enterprises,” recognized for its core innovation capabilities and significant potential in the field of data technology.

The “Galaxy Data Element Enterprise” designation specifically targets data-focused businesses that possess core technologies such as advanced algorithms and demonstrate explosive growth potential across multiple dimensions—including innovation, data assets, and business operations. AIMS successfully passed a rigorous evaluation process involving category-based screening, basic eligibility review, multi-dimensional quantitative assessment, and expert panel deliberation, ultimately earning this authoritative recognition.

As a representative “Galaxy Data Element Enterprise,” AIMS has consistently received acclaim for its technical prowess and innovative achievements in data intelligence. In September this year, AIMS’s project was selected by the National Data Administration as a model case in the “AI+” High-Quality Dataset initiative, receiving national-level endorsement. In the same month, AIMS won third prize in the Industrial Manufacturing track of the Zhejiang regional competition of the “Data Elements ×” Challenge, thanks to its outstanding performance in industrial data intelligence analysis and application. Furthermore, in November 2025, AIMS secured a Bronze Award in the Benchmark Track of the 8th “Blossom Cup” 5G Application Collection Competition, further underscoring the company’s comprehensive competitiveness in data technology R&D and industrial implementation. This latest recognition not only affirms AIMS’s technological strength within the data elements ecosystem but also reflects Binjiang District’s strong support for the innovative potential of data-driven enterprises.

With its designation as a “Galaxy Data Element Enterprise” marking a new milestone, AIMS will accelerate the commercialization of its technological innovations and collaborate closely with industry partners to jointly explore novel pathways for market-oriented allocation of data elements, empowering digital transformation across countless sectors and industries.
