Industry-first! The national standard co-authored by AIMS officially released

Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Standardization Administration Committee issued the Announcement of National Standards of the People's Republic of China (No. 20 of 2023). Hangzhou AIMS Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. co-authored the national standard GB/T 43555-2023, "Intelligent Services – Predictive Maintenance – Algorithm Evaluation Methods." It has recently been officially approved for release and will come into effect on July 1, 2024. The standard was spearheaded by the Comprehensive Institute of Instrumentation and Metering Technology Economics under the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and is managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Industrial Process Measurement, Control, and Automation (SAC/TC124).

This standard represents a significant achievement in the field of predictive maintenance standardization, providing a "benchmark" for categorizing the technical sophistication of predictive maintenance practices—and serving as a "letter of credit" and "passport" to facilitate its wider adoption and application. Notably, leveraging the national standard GB/T 43555-2023 on algorithm evaluation, the working group has simultaneously submitted an international standard proposal titled "Intelligent Service — Predictive Maintenance — Algorithm Verification Method." Currently, this international standard has successfully passed the project initiation review and is now poised to enter the NP (new proposal) stage, where a voting process will soon commence.

The official release of this standard not only strengthens AIMS technological leadership in the fields of intelligent operations and maintenance as well as predictive maintenance, but also highlights the company's achievements in intellectual property development. As a patent-pilot enterprise in Hangzhou City, AIMS has placed great emphasis on building its own intellectual property rights since its inception. To date, AIMS and its subsidiaries have collectively applied for over 400 patents and have already participated in drafting 5 national standards.

Next, AIMS will continue to intensify its efforts, actively engaging in the development, implementation, and promotion of industry-related standards, thereby contributing to the ongoing innovation and high-quality growth of the sector.
